Covid-19 Salon Guest Policies

 

✏️Currently we can only accept Reservations only - NO walk-ins.  We are required to schedule one guest per stylist at a time.

🤧If you have a weakened immune system or are on any breathing treatments, or immune suppressants, we strongly suggest for you to wait until a later date to make a reservation. 

😷Our staff and guests are both required to wear masks; for color guests, there is a possibility that color may get on your mask.

↔️Our guests will be spaced out per social distancing guidelines and are asked to remain seated during their service unless otherwise asked.

🥤We are no longer able to offer refreshments; however, you may bring your own in a closed container.

Covid-19 Salon Check In/Check Out Procedures

 

⌚️Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your reservation start time.

📞When you arrive for your reservation, please stay in your vehicle and call us to share with our team that you have arrived. A team member will give you further instructions at that point.

💧You will be asked to wash your hands as you enter the salon.

😷Our staff and guests are both required to wear masks; for color guests, there is a possibility that color may get on your mask.

🚫Currently, no one is to accompany you during your services.  Also, only bring your phone inside with you.  No handbags please.

💲To allow for a no-contact checkout process, a credit card number will be required from each guest upon booking; a cancellation fee will be charged if you no show or cancel less than 24 hours of the reservation.  Cash or checks will not be accepted at this time.
