POLICIES.

RESERVATIONS.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation to ensure you are able to receive your full service. We recommend that you book your next reservation at the time of check out.  This will ensure that you are able to reserve the day and time that works best for your schedule.  If you are running late, please call us to make sure we can still accommodate your reservation.  We will do everything we can to make sure you are able to receive your service, however, we may need to reschedule your reservation or abbreviate your service if we do not have enough time.

CANCELLATIONS.

If you need to cancel or move your reservation we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. Excessive cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a deposit to be made upon booking your next reservation.

Services such as straightener's and corrective color require 48 hours cancellation notice and may require a deposit upon booking.  If you do not call to cancel a reservation and instead "no-show" for your requested time slot we will ask that you secure your next reservation by leaving a credit card on file.  Wedding parties require 14 days notice for any cancellations or alterations to the day of services.  If any cancellations or alterations are made after the 14 day window you may be required to forfeit all or part of your deposit.

CHILD SAFETY POLICY.

We at Heaven the Salon Experience in an effort to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and to create a safe and enjoyable environment for both our team and our guests.  With that said, children are only permitted in the salon area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We respectfully ask that you have an adult present to watch your little one while you are receiving your service as we do not have the facilities or personnel to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

 

MINOR GUEST POLICY.

Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present during the entire salon service.

WAITING AREA.

We ask that anyone not receiving a service in the salon make themselves comfortable in our waiting area.  Complimentary beverages are not only for our guests, but for their guests, as well.

PAYMENTS AND GRATUITIES.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks and cash. Returned checks will be subject to a $25 fee the first time, for a second returned check the fee will be $50.

Gratuities can be accepted in cash or for your convenience added to your debit or credit card.

Extra product charges may apply for hair of length/density.

​​​REVISITS.

Heaven the Salon Experience stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed.  However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.

RETURNS.

We are happy to exchange any product purchased at Heaven the Salon Experience provided the product is unused and in its original packaging with original receipt and within 90 days of purchase date.  We unfortunately do not offer refunds for product purchases.  All sales of hair brushes, combs, and hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) are final.
